The network is the business

Retail and distribution run on relationships held at arm's length: dealers and distributors who carry your product, vendors who supply it, staff spread across stores you do not visit daily, and customers whose next purchase depends on whether anyone followed up.

Where margin quietly leaks

The dealer network. Onboarding, agreements, claims and performance visibility across a distributor network is usually a spreadsheet exercise, which means disputes are resolved from memory.

Vendors and supply. Supplier onboarding, documentation and approval workflows that keep purchasing accountable rather than informal.

Staff across locations. Attendance and payroll for people you cannot see, across stores with different timings, is where both overpayment and disputes originate.

Customers who were nearly sold. Enquiries that arrive and go unanswered are the cheapest revenue in the business to recover. A pipeline that shows who was contacted, when and what happened next turns follow-up from intention into process.

Store equipment. Refrigeration, billing hardware and fittings carry maintenance that is invisible until a store cannot trade.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers before you decide.

01 Can it handle dealers and distributors with different terms?
A01

Yes. Each dealer carries its own agreement, terms and claim history, so a network with mixed arrangements does not have to be flattened into one policy. Performance is visible per dealer rather than only in aggregate.

02 How does attendance work across stores with different timings?
A02

Shift timings are set per store, so a mall outlet trading late and a high-street shop opening early are both handled correctly. Attendance flows into payroll from real punches rather than a manager's summary.

03 We lose enquiries because nobody follows up. Does this fix that?
A03

It makes the gap visible, which is most of the fix. Every enquiry is captured with an owner and a follow-up date, and the pipeline shows what was contacted, when and what happened next. The system does not make the call, but it stops the enquiry disappearing silently.

04 Can vendors upload their own documents?
A04

Vendor onboarding collects details and documents from the supplier, with approval workflows before they are activated. That keeps purchasing accountable rather than informal, and keeps the paperwork in one place when someone audits it.

05 Does it integrate with our billing or POS system?
A05

Records export to CSV for whatever system you run. Anything deeper than that would need to be scoped as a specific integration — we would rather tell you that plainly than imply it works out of the box.

06 Can we start with one region?
A06

Yes, and it is usually the right approach. Configure one region or a handful of stores, run it for a few weeks, then extend across the network once the process is proven.
