Built for how an Indian plant actually runs

A factory is not one workforce. It is permanent staff on rotating shifts, contract labour that changes week to week, vendors arriving against purchase orders, and machines whose downtime is measured in lost production. Most plants run each of those on a different system, or on paper, and reconcile them only when an auditor asks.

BeyondBoxAI brings the four that matter most onto one platform: who is on site, who worked which shift, what the machines need next, and where the paperwork is when somebody asks for it.

The problems this solves

The gate is the weakest record in the plant. A paper register cannot say who is still inside during an evacuation, and it cannot separate a visitor from a contractor from a material movement. Digital gate management captures a photo and an ID at check-in, notifies the host, and keeps a live count of everyone on the premises.

Contract labour is hard to pay accurately. Attendance that arrives as a spreadsheet from a labour contractor is a claim, not a record. Biometric and multi-shift attendance produces the register you can check that claim against, before the bill is approved.

Maintenance runs on memory. Preventive schedules that fire by calendar or by meter reading — run hours, cycles, kilometres — mean the machine tells you when it is due rather than a supervisor remembering. Breakdowns are logged from the shop floor on a phone, with the spare consumption recorded against the job.

Compliance is a filing exercise until it is an inspection. Statutory registers, contractor documents, safety records and vendor paperwork stay searchable rather than stacked.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answers before you decide.

01 Can it handle contract labour that changes every week?
A01

Yes. Contractor workers are recorded separately from permanent staff, with their own agency, validity period and documents. Attendance is captured at the gate or on a biometric device, so the register you check a contractor bill against is one you produced, not one the contractor supplied.

02 Does the gate system work if the internet drops?
A02

Gate check-in is designed for a shop floor rather than an office, so the app runs on an ordinary Android tablet or phone and tolerates a poor connection. Records sync when the network returns. Guards keep working; the register catches up.

03 We already have biometric machines. Do we replace them?
A03

No. Attendance flows in from existing biometric devices rather than requiring new hardware. The value is in what happens after the punch — shift rules, overtime, leave and payroll — not in the device itself.

04 How is preventive maintenance scheduled — by date or by usage?
A04

Both. A schedule can fire on a calendar date or on a meter reading such as run hours, cycles or kilometres. Usage-based scheduling matters for machines that sit idle for weeks and then run continuously, where a fixed calendar produces either wasted services or missed ones.

05 Can we start with one plant instead of all of them?
A05

That is the usual approach. Start at your busiest gate or highest-value machines, run it properly for a few weeks, then extend. Each site is configured separately, so a pilot does not commit the rest of the group.

06 What happens to our existing records?
A06

Historical data can be imported from spreadsheets, and everything captured afterwards exports to CSV whenever you want it. There is no lock-in on your own operational history.
