What this means

Encryption in transit: every product is served over HTTPS with HSTS, so a browser cannot fall back to an unencrypted connection.
AES-256 encryption at the field level: sensitive values such as bank account numbers, government ID numbers and visitor ID numbers are encrypted in the database with AES-256 through the application layer, not stored as plain text.
Per-company isolation: every record carries the company it belongs to and every query is scoped to it, so one customer cannot reach another customer's data.
Role-based access: permissions are granted per action, so a gate guard, an HR executive and a plant technician each see only what their job needs.
Backups: databases are backed up automatically every night and the most recent 14 days are kept, with a heartbeat so a silent failure is visible.
Hosting in India: applications, databases and backups run on managed infrastructure in Mumbai. Customer data does not leave Indian infrastructure in normal operation.
