VizPass is BeyondBoxAI's visitor and gate management product. It replaces the paper visitor book with a digital gate register that answers the one question that matters: who is on site right now.
Visitors are invited in advance or checked in at the gate with a photograph and ID. The host is told on WhatsApp or email and can approve from their phone. A numbered pass prints on A6, A7 or a thermal label. The same register handles couriers and parcels, material in and out with approvals, contractor and labour entry, staff out-passes and an emergency roll-call that reaches everyone inside with one press.
It is built for the DPDP Act, 2023: an editable privacy notice on every check-in page, consent recorded on each pass, retention periods you set with automatic deletion, CSV export of every register, and a published Data Processing Agreement. Data is hosted in Mumbai, India.
