Every machine, line and utility sits in one register with its hierarchy, documents and meter readings, and a QR label on the asset lets anyone report a breakdown without a login. Preventive maintenance runs by calendar or by meter, and a due date is derived from readings rather than typed in; an unknown reading is never treated as fine.
Work orders move through request, assignment, approval, completion and release as separate steps with an audit trail, so completing a job and handing the machine back are two decisions.
