We work with organisations that already advise, implement or support business systems for their customers, and want a platform they can deliver on rather than a product to resell in isolation.
Who we work with
- Implementation partners — consultancies and system integrators who configure and roll out software for clients, and want a platform that covers HR, maintenance, visitor control, documents and analytics without stitching five vendors together.
- Technology partners — product companies whose software sits next to ours in a customer's landscape, where an integration makes both more useful.
- Advisory and consulting partners — firms advising on operations, compliance or digital transformation who need software their recommendations can land on.
- Regional partners — teams with a presence and a customer base in a territory we do not cover directly, who can sell, implement and support locally.
What partners get
- Product and technical enablement for your delivery team.
- Access to a pre-sales contact for scoping and demonstrations.
- A named point of contact for escalations during implementation.
- Commercial terms agreed for your model — referral, resale or delivery.
Commercial terms are set per partner rather than published as a fixed tier, because a referral relationship and a full delivery relationship are different arrangements and a single rate card would misdescribe both. The partner terms page sets out what any agreement will cover.
How it starts
- A conversation. What you deliver today, which customers, and where our platform fits.
- An application. The partner application captures the detail we need to assess fit.
- Enablement. Product training and a first opportunity worked jointly.
- Agreement. Terms signed once both sides know the shape of the relationship.
