This page describes what a BeyondBoxAI partner agreement covers. It is a summary for people deciding whether to apply, not the agreement itself — the signed agreement governs the relationship, and its commercial terms are set per partner.
What an agreement covers
| Clause | What it settles |
|---|---|
| Scope | The model, the modules included and the territory covered. |
| Commercials | Margin or referral fee, how it is calculated, and payment terms. Agreed per partner, because the models carry different effort and risk. |
| Deal registration | How an opportunity is registered, how long registration lasts, and what happens when two partners register the same customer. |
| Obligations | Training expected before selling a module, and support expected before escalating to us. |
| Brand use | How the BeyondBoxAI name and logo may be used, and what needs approval first. |
| Data protection | Responsibilities where a partner handles customer data during implementation. |
| Term and termination | How long the agreement runs, how either side ends it, and what happens to customers already implemented. |
Three points worth reading closely
Deal registration is time-bound. A registered opportunity does not stay registered indefinitely; it lapses if it is not progressing. This protects the customer from being held by a partner who has stopped working the deal, and it protects you from competing with a name on a list.
Customers stay with the customer. If a partnership ends, customers already implemented are not stranded. The agreement sets out how support continues.
Brand use needs approval. Using our name and logo is permitted within the agreement, but material presenting your organisation as BeyondBoxAI rather than as a partner is not.
Getting the full terms
The complete agreement is issued during the application process, once the model and scope are clear — a delivery agreement and a referral agreement differ enough that sending a generic one first would mislead. Request it at sales@beyondboxai.com.
These partner terms sit alongside our general website terms and privacy policy.
